Quy trình xử lý nước thải
Nhóm vi khuẩn, nó là vi sinh đầu tiên phân hủy
các chất hữu cơ, nó là cơ thể sống đơn bào, có khả
năng phát triển và tăng trưởng trong các bông
cặn lơ lửng hoặc dính bám vào bề mặt vật cứng.
Khi tiếp xúc với chất dinh dưỡng, chúng hấp thụ
nhanh thức ăn qua màng tế bào. Nó có dạng bông
cặn dễ lắng, cũng có dạng vi khuẩn lông tơ liên
kết với nhau thành lưới nổi lên mặt nước.
Vi khuẩn dạng nấm , có kích thước lớn hơn vi
khuẩn và không có vai trò trong quá trình phân
hủy ban đầu của chất hữu cơ trong quá trình xử lý
nước thải. Vi khuẩn dạng nấm phát triển thường
kết thành lưới nổi trên mặt nước gây cản trở
dòng chảy và quá trình thủy động học.
Động vật nguyên sinh, đặc trưng bằng một vài
giai đoạn hoạt động trong quá trình sống của nó.
Thức ăn chính của động vật nguyên sinh là vi
khuẩn, cho nên chúng là chất chỉ thị quan trọng
thể hiện hiệu quả xử lý của các công trình xử lý
sinh học nước thải.
QUÁ TRÌNH XỬ LÝ SINH HỌC HIẾU KHÍ
Gồm 03 giai đoạn:
- khuếch tán
- Oxy hóa ngoại bào
- Chuyển hóa các chất
hữu cơ
Quá trình oxy hóa các chất hữu cơ:
CxHyOz = CO2+ H2O + ∆ECxHyOzNt= CO2+ H2O + ∆E
Quá trình tổng hợp để xây dựng tế bào:
CxHyOz + NH3+ O2 + ∆E = C5H7NO2 + CO2+ H2O + ∆ECxHyOzNt+ NH3+ O2+ ∆E = C5H7NO2+ CO2+ H2O+ ∆E
Quá trình Oxy hóa nội bào:
C5H7NO2 + O2= CO2+ H2O + NH3 + ∆ECxHyOzNt+ NH3+ O2+ ∆E = C5H7NO2+ CO2+ H2O + ∆E
Trong quá trình Oxy hóa sinh hóa hiếu khí, các chất hữu cơ
chứa Ni tơ, S, P được chuyển hóa thành NO3-và SO42-, PO43-, CO2, H2O.
Khi môi trường cạn nguồn các bon hữu cơ, các vi khuẩn
Nitrit và Nitrat hóa theo 02 giai đoạn.

QUÁ TRÌNH NITRAT HÓA
Trong quá trình Nitrat hóa nước thải khi xả vào nguồn tiếp nhận cho phép giảm đáng
kể yêu cầu oxy trong nước nguồn. Quá trình gồm các bước:
NH4+bị oxy hóa thành NO2
do tác động của vi khuẩn Nitrit theo phản ứng:
NH4++ 1.5O2= NO2-+ 2H++ H2O
Oxy hoá NO2
-thành NO3
-do tác động của vi khuẩn Nitrit theo phản ứng:
NO2-+ 0.5O2= NO3
- Tổng hợp quá trình chuyển hóa NH4+thành NO3-NH4++ 2O2= NO3-+ 2H++ H2O
Có khoảng 20-40% NH4+
bị đồng hóa thành vỏ tế bào, cho nên có thể tổng hợp quá
trình Nitrat hóa bằng phản ứng hóa học sau:
NH4++ 1.731O2+ 1.962HCO3-= 0.038 NO3-+ C5
H7NO2 + 0.96NO3-+ 1.077H2O + 1.769H2CO3.
Nồng độ NH4+và NO3
-ảnh hưởng tới tốc độ tăng trưởng riêng cực đại của vi khuẩn
Nitrit hóa và vi khuẩn Nitrat hóa. Tốc độ tăng trưởng riêng của vi khuẩn Nitrat hóa
lớn hơn rất nhiều so với vi khuẩn Nitrit hóa.
